sorry can't help you with the phone card stuff but i will wait for some answers myself, as we will be at the melasti in September and probably will need to do the same. I have remembered people mentioning a little stall outside the Bintang supermarket which could help with the phones.
Just past Poco Loco along Padma Utara rd a couple of doors down was a hairdresser so they might be able to help with the hair cut.
