I think I know the museam you mean but I can't remember its name. It could be the one to commerate one of the wars. Did it seem to have lots of steps? I will try to find out its name. You certainly went a long way round to get to the Dynasty. Denpasar is in the opposite direction. The Stadium cafe is owned by the Ramayana group.
