hey there, the best place to change your money is any kodak shop. They DONT charge to change it and they count the money in front of you and you have to sign to say you got the correct amount given to you. we've never had any problems with them ripping us off because it is counted directly in front of you and they also work out how much it will be on a calculator right in front of you. I cant tell you where the closest kodak shop is to where your staying but we go to the one next to the bali dynasty on Jl.Kartika Plaza. Many people dont know about the kodak shops (my sisters been to bali more times than me and she didnt know til her last trip) Hope this helps.
