The only thing I'd add to the comments below are that I wouldn't recommend wearing your bikini (if you're a bikini person) when you go shopping. I know some tourists do it, but it's really inappropriate. Always carry a lightweight sarong with you, not only for temples, but to drape over your shoulders if you need protection from the sun.
