We gave Jetstar away maybe one year ago and now fly to Bali with Garuda - we come here often (4 times this year so far) and have not had one flight late (not to mention full service, free pillows etc etc) - much better than with Jetstar who always wants their passengers to be on time but are rarely on time themselves. I wrote to jetstar last year re the duty free bit from Bali (and about 6 other issues) but have not yet had a reply - a vague general letter that I presume they send to everyone without addressing the issues in their customers' letters. Now I just buy the duty free in Bali and am laughing when I see the prices at Sydney airport on my return home. I asked them in my letter if they had a deal going with Sydney Duty Free shops but obviously no answer to that one:-)
