Hi grobbos, we always buy at Perth airport once having gone through all security checks..then no problems as bagusdaze said.
Also purchase duty free at same time for return trip, ie you leave bali,arrive perth,walk up to counter show your d/free ticket & your parcel handed over,very quick & very easy..cheers max
