The "Fairy shop" in Legian does orders for leotards. I went in and picked up a card as I know alot of people ask for their details. There are two and I think owned by same family as one of the cards had same contact details. The big shop is on Padma Utara, just north of the Melasti Beach Resort, on the corner. "Noni" is the contact on the card email nono@yahoo.com mobile 08123904444 and shop number 750227. They had alot of fairy costumes, fancy dress etc. I am sure other people on this forum have used them for dance costumes. Just do a search. Hope this helps.
