Getting married in Bali

We are travelling with some friends to Bali in August and they would like to get married while we are there. Can anyone inform me on what needs to be done. They don't want all the fancy stuff, just a nice quiet wedding in Bali. Any information you could give me would be great. Is there maybe a web site, that someone could direct us to.
