Dallas's vision was to create a cool and peaceful park for people to visit,contemplate, sit, think or whatever, backed up by an Australian funded foundation to look after the site for as long as necessary.
It became his obsession for 5 years. He gave it his best shot and deserved to suceed.
Any bets on what state the present memorial will be in 5 to 10 years from now?
