Unfortunately the problem lies in the difference in climate conditions. The humidity is high in Bali and if you are taking wood products to an area with a lower humidity the water in the wood dries up too fast causing the wood to crack. The larger the piece of wood the more water present and the less chance you have of being able to dry it enough to avoid cracking. Its all about moisture content!! Good luck.
