Hi guys
We joined up with the Garuda Frequent flyers program on the 4th April, got the confimation email with membership number but we havnt received a card in the mail.
We are suppose to get a membership card arn't we?.
To claim our points I take it we show the card at checkin is that correct?. Can someone please advise how it all works,Also is it possible to transfer points within your family it may pay for one air ticket next year.
