You can buy the bracelet and silver charms from the jeweller in Kuta Paradiso - Sunito is the owner and she will make to order. She has a copy of the catalogue, however she is only able to make the silver charms. The silver charms are approximately $30, silver and stone $40 and if you supply your own silver it is approximately 200,000rp per charm. If you purchase a number of charms and the bracelet itself she will do a better deal on the price.
