I had a look at the work being done last month and in all honesty, I would not want such a huge amount building work going on next door to where I was staying. However I don't know the layout of the A.K.K so there may be rooms that do not even get any noise or dust.
It is an eyesore.
There are a number of other excellent hotels with direct beach frontage that you can choose from.
