The following is a cut from an earlier post 'the number of movements in February 2008 (32,100 movements) is 44% higher than in February 2007 and 16% higher than in February 1998." this refers to Australians travelling, although the numbers don't directly refer to Bali I think the majority would be Bali visitors. Where are all these Ausies? In the 90's when walking down Legian St you had to jostle and at times step off the path to pass people and most of the eats joints and bars were full. I was there this March, Legian St was just about empty the Bagus had about a dozen people. Possibly the majority of the 32000 are repeat visitors and "have been there done that'. I prefer the crowds of the 90's. What does everyone do during the day?
