generally used by tailors in Bali is very light, much thinner than you would expect to see in a "business" shirt in Australia. Make sure you get a good look at the fabric or go to Alta Moda (the big fabric store) and see what they have to offer. I've used a few tailors in Bali (and everyone has their favourite) but my pick for quality and price is Merry's Collection in Legian. Regards, Luke.
