I was going to suggest the Bounty if you were into the party thing, staying up all night drinking in the front pool until you couldn't keep your head above the water( i've seen that so often there). Or, i was going to suggest the camplung mas for a more relax atmosphere and it's more around your age group. But since you know these to places i would suggest the Barong Hotel which is the sister hotel of the Bounty and is just accross the road. It is not as full on as the Bounty and is more the 30's age group.
If your looking for cheap but good for it's value, a favorite of mine is the New Arena Hotel. It's right in the heart of Kuta(between poppies 1 and poppies 2) a diiferent arrange of people go to this hotel and you get a great price if you walk in of the street. Not many travel agents would know about this one. Good luck:)
