my husband got hit in the head with his surfborad right into his ear had possible scull fractures and smashed ear drum, he was nearly goign to be medivaced out of bali through BIMC and they were talking 15k AUD there was also talk of flying him to singapore as it was closer. this was 6 years ago however :)
