my suggetions would be the living room seminyak or kafe warisan both beautiful amazing setting and the food will impress you forever, especially the hot chocolate cake at Kafe Warisan ( it is french but dont let that put you off) you should be able to get very full bellys' with the budget but if you like many drinks that will blow it for sure not cheap to drink ;)
