I returned two weeks ago, after using my Visa 4 times only, Carefour,Safari park and 2 large hotels. I had a phone call from the bank about 3 days after arriving home to say my VISA had been compromised in Indonesia and that they advised that I cancel it straight away.The only charges at that stage were valid ones thank goodness. They said this happens often in Indonesia, suggesting that someone along the way would have copied my number and then may not use it for a few months. Not sure how they detect this, but I cancelled my card.
