you can call your cell phone provider and ask them to give you the 10 digits code to unlock your phone.In my case they ask mi for EIN which is located on the back of your phone and you have to remove the battery to see it.Each phone has own unlocking code,my provider AT&T e-mail me the code and instruction how to unlock it took me 1-2min.to unlock then I get XL sim card in Bali and works no problems.
