Stayed at the Kartika 6mths ago and never heard any noise at all. We were on the shopping centre side of the hotel but in an ocean facing room (these face in towards the pool, not to the outside of the resort). We never heard anything at all at any time of day. It was a great hotel and a fantastic location in our opinion.
