Last year when i was in bali, i was staying at the s/g inn and there was a couple, he was from melbourne(aussie) and he was married to a lady from java...She was pregnant, and all of sudden went into labour, the baby was born 24 weeks early, OMG, i was horrified to say the least...I remember him calling australia, distraught, to get help for his wife and now born very prem baby! i was amazed when he told me the cost for emergency evacuation, it was going to be $76,000...He even tried the media here in oz...
I never ever found out what happened to them, but i often wonder if they went thru with it, or even if the baby survived...
One thing for sure, i will always have travel insurance!
