We stayed at the Kartika in January of this year in an ocean front room - we copped noise from the beachworks and the Musro as we were right at the end nearest the Discovery Mall. Not sure what its like now. We have stayed in ocean facing rooms before and never had any noise. Depends on what room type you are after.
