how many people would have automatically blamed the staff for the thefts, not even considering at all that it may have been an outside influence. may be this is a lesson for some of the posts you see on the forum automatically blaming the staff for missing items from their hotel rooms, it is not always obvious. i have always placed my trust in hotel staff and i never been dissapointed
