Never been to Bali eh? that make you quite unique, especially being connected to this forum. Theres some good bead shops opposite the Bintang Supermarket in Seminyak,and I am sure you would find others in high tourist areas,Kuta, Legian etc. I dont know about costs of freight to Euro or the States, depending on the amount you buy, you can do air mail/sea mail through post offices, or do a lcl in a container,you may find someone on the forum bringing a container to your country who is willing to share some space with you.
PS you better get to Bali asap you dont know what your missing
