I am curious harmony - do you perhaps work for the Accor group or have a contract with them? Only reason I say this is apparently you defended the Novotel in Benoa against bad reviews and now you are defending the Sofitel. Now correct me if I am wrong but aren't the Novotels, Sofitels & Mecure hotels owned by the Accor group??
