Searched Bali high and low on our recent trip in April. Outside Matahari they have some bracelets made up but they just didnt look the same and were not worth considering (plus I wasn't convinced of the quality of their silver). The jeweller in Kuta Paradiso will make the bracelets for you although they are not cheap and she can only do the silver charms. Approximate cost for 6 charms and the bracelet itself about 140.00 Australian. But in saying that, she does an excellent job and has the catalogue there for you to choose which charms you would like her to make.
