Gitgit Waterfall is vey spectacular.
You could try a round trip past Gitgit then onto Singaraja and Lovina, check out the Air Panus Hot Springs then off to Munduk waterfall and return to Ubud via Lake Brattan. It's apparently very scenic as you travel along the Northern rim of the volcano.
