We just tell the taxi driver "Surf Outlet" on the "By Pass Road". We have been many times and they all know where it is. Its not even 10 minutes from Kuta. There are two shops about 1,000 meters apart on the same side on the road one being Surf Outlet and the other is called Billabong Factory Outlet. Cost about $2.00 in a taxi to get there.
