A few years back I used Mida's services when she worked for PT Wahyu Mandiri Wiata but now understand that she works for Indotrip. Unless things have changed since January, Ari is now Wahyu's Australian account manager. In response to my emails to Mida at wahyutur@indosat.net.id Ari replied as Ari for Mida. I suggest you try both Mida and Ari.
