Yes do it, i am a big, big girl and thought I would die most of the way down the hill during my ride and yes lots of squealing from me too. There was lots of laughs from the kids who were pointing and wondering how the bike would survive under me I am sure!! The guides explained the gears quite well and are incredibly patient. My thumbs and hands hurt way more than my butt from squeezing the brakes soooo hard ALL day!! Yes I was the same, I loved the scenery when I had the courage to look up !! I was very unfit but managed it all and would do it again tomorrow. I just love to read these JBR's to rekindle memories and hear others great experiences - its a treat to come on each day and see so many JBR's posted. Thanks everyone.
