We recently did the bike tour with Wayan. Was a great day and a highlight of our trip. We took old runners from home and didn't bring them back. They can get quite muddy from the rice paddy tour so wear some that you don't really care about. Just a word of advice- Wayan may try and charge you extra for pick up from your hotel and use the excuse of high fuel prices.He ended up not charging us for this (there was 14 of us and he wanted an extra 200,000Rp)and at the lunch he gave out brochures about his business and the pick up was included in the price. So don't be afraid to haggle on the fuel charge. Will attempt a JBR and mention this and about our 3 weeks in Bali soon.
