My sister did the cooking class with Wayans wife in March. She said it was good, but there was no hands on. But knowing Wayan, I'm sure he would have taken this advice on board and will improve the classes accordingly. They also went to the markets before they started the cooking.
Compared to the pricing of some cooking schools in Ubud and also Tuban, this class was very reasonable in price. (Cheaper than the others, but then again the others have been running longer and did have the hands on)
