Dear Harmony.Did you notice the toilet bowl whilst you were in room 326. I have some photos of it. Did you notice the state of the marble in the bathroom, or the mould in the shower or the broken blinds or the state of the fridge and if you did then how can you say the place is lovely. If you did not notice these matters then all I can say is that I have photos.I think you must have mixed up the hotel with some other or have the room number wrong.
