I noticed on their website that you can take on carry on luggage up to 7kg so can you then have additional 20kg?, also do they fly their larger planes to Bali always, as they are the only planes that allow the 20kg (we are always over in luggage, normally come back with around 25kg! what are they like with excess? and one more question are they reliable in leaving on time?
