Rubbish is consistently on the beaches during the rainy season.
The river and canals flow down to the sea along with the rubbish.
This will always happen while the locals continue to throw their rubbish which ends up in the waterways.
Once the rainy season is over the beaches are cleaned by mechanical equipment and maintained daily by the beach sellers.
Rainy season should be over now.
