since our first trip in 1981 remember all the jokes from friends who knew we were using Garuda, then about 3 years ago decided to use our fflyers with qantas back then it was australian airways. After the flight from hell being threatened by intoxicated inconsiderate passenger they kept providing him with more alchohol making matters much worse (for us that is) no duty of care, to put it politely they did not give a s!!! we have used garuda since and on another flight 2 australian men had far too much to drink so garuda hostie said no more for you sir, I applaud them having the balls to actually stand up for their other passengers comfort
