There are a few wedding companies around, shop around and get the feel for the one you feel comfortable with. I used to work for Bali Weddings International and they can arrange a legal wedding at all different budgets. Give them an email and tell them exactly what you are after and they will suggest the hotels photography cakes flowers etc to suit your budget.
