IT is not Garuda's strong point. Transparency of pricing is another Garuda weakness. As with most prices on Bali - you pay what you're able to negotiate or obtain. Garuda has a multi-tiered pricing structure, with some agents and wholesalers getting much better prices than others!
Hunt prices out wherever you can, but be prepared to jump on a cheap price when you find it!
