Hi tannalee
A lot of the park is not covered so you'd probably get pretty wet moving around from area to area.
With rain you would still be able to go on the ride through the park and tickets provide for two journeys if you so choose.
There is not much shelter at all where the bird show is conducted
but there is shelter over the seating where you watch the elephant show.
The orangatang itself is in a bale type of thing for the photos but you would be waiting your turn outside of this structure.
I imagine the water park would not be as much fun if it was raining.
I think it might be nice though to have lunch in the Lion restaurant where you get a close view through glass windows.
The park is still undergoing constuction so I would wait until closer to time and see how others rate it in the wet.
Cheers
