Pardon me for butting in, but do you mean Tune Hotels which are owned by Tony Fernandes, the major shareholder of Air Asia? Tune Hotel is in downtown KL. There are plans for one in Penang, and I read that there are plans for one in Bali also! Tune hotels offers basic clean modern accommodation but you pay for extras like AC, towels, soap, etc. I agree it does look okay, especially if you can get one for Rm10 per night.
