While the Air North website is not clear I am sure you can make changes subject to availability, an admin fee ($30?) and any fare variation.
You will need to ring Air North to make the change but be aware that Monday is a public holiday in Darwin (May Day).
I found Air North great last year and just rebooked with them on DPS-DRW but I found a cheaper fare on expedia.com on a Qantas codeshare QF324 operated by Air North as TL529.
