Yes, I made contact with Desmond, the English born, Australian owner who started the business 17yrs ago. I emailed him in advance with my enquiries & later made a list of the items I was wishing to source so they were prepared & knew in advance where to take me. He was very prompt & informative with replies. An appointment was set for a day & time that suited me. They picked me up from my hotel - you go out in their modern, air-con vehicle with a their driver & an assistant who will diarise & photograph each item you may be interested in. I put in my order via email on my return to Perth, once I had reassessed. Went out with them twice but also sourced lots of goods myself. Ordered quite a bit more via email on my return. Ended up with a 40ft container full.
