Once we were stuck in Jakarta traffic, no where near a store or anything like that, my husband needed to go to the loo desprately... after some bad nasi goreng... and what did do?
He pulled up to a house, we didnt know the people, and asked if he could use the toilet. Luckily they let him !!
I have heard of people using plastic bags for emergencies in cars as well.
