I have dug out the receipts I kept from Waterbom...
Entrance - Rp 193,200 per adult and 101,200 per child
4 towels - Rp 40,000 + deposit Rp 248,000 (!!!)
1 gazebo - Rp 100,000 + deposit Rp 50,000
From memory I think the deposit on the splash band is Rp 5000.
We needed approx 950,000 which is around AUD $115 just to get set up for the day. You do get your deposits back but just don't have that cash to use while in the park.
To give you an idea of prices, the receipts I held on to show we paid Rp 45,000 for a hawaiian pizza, Rp 17,000 for a slushy, Rp 6,000 for corn on the cob. I haven't got the price for aqua any more. If you were to allow about Rp 100,000 per person for food/drink you should be fine.
There are a couple of things that can take any excess if you choose, like the bungy ride, photos and a new game where you shoot water baloons at another person.
The slushy's are in a booth not far from the main food court - at a junction where many of the rides end. They were a good refresher for when the children did not want to stop for lunch but needed some liquid and a short rest.
Best thing we did was get that gazebo - we got a regular sized one (not family sized) and that was perfect for a base to hang out in. When you think about it the cost was around AUD 10.
