Hi I have stayed in both of these and thought they were both really nice, however having just returned two weeks ago from the Santika I would probably prefer the Kartika. The Santika's rooms are getting a bit tired, but we stayed in the premier rooms in the front rather than the back. The rooms we had were great as they were located around the front pool area and as we were a large group it was great being close to all my family. Both locations are great just a quick walk to a lot of places. Either of these hotels would be a super holiday.
