I illuded in one of my JBR's about the price increase. One does expect some year by year.
Now four weeks later my shoes copy made are actually falling apart. The ones 18 months ago - not an issue.
Sometimes when we recommend on the BTF I think we give a "demand" that requires subbies to be engaged that are not up to standard.
In support of this my sister also ordered a copy of her work shoes which were black. When we went to collect they were "Sky Blue". Blue/Black now you tell me ? Within 48 Hours her correct copy and colour were delivered. Thank goodness we had the time.
I will certainly be there again on my next visit however after near 5 years custom I will have something to say. ( I know many have patronised for upteen more years than me )
I am just very dissapointed in how the shop is going, their craftmanship to me was 100% reliable and reasonable.
