is caused by not using a base coat under your nail polish,hence the colour being absorbed into the nail. It is easily fixed by buffing the nail with a buffer and then shining with a shine pad on the buffer. Always use a base coat ,especially if wearing red, orange or dark pink enamels.
When in Bali go to the Melasti Spa ,they are very proffessional and they will be able to make or nails look lovely!!
