In this day and age, there is no excuse for such poor dental hygiene. This should be a lesson to all Bali travellers to stock up on toothpaste and toothbrushes while on holidays (I hear you can get a years supply very very cheap) For all customers of Dr Rudy, that's a Rp50,000 fine for not brushing your teeth when your Mother told you to ;-)
