ten staff finished one week ago. some of them tried to stay, after they feel they were forced in to signing their 'resignation' papers, but management told them to talk to the owner and the owner told them to talk to management. of course there was no resolution, so the staff had to leave.
staff who said no are able to stay on board, but will be moved to more menial tasks, out of the 'front line'.
